First time shopping and trying Ilia products and overall a very good experience all around. I took advantage of their black Friday sale, which resulted in a bit of a delay in shipping, not uncommon during big shopping holidays. Ilia was very good about staying in-touch, first sending out a general update and also returning my email with concrete information regarding my order. Once shipped the order arrived fast and was very well packed. I was very pleased with 3 of the 4 items I ordered and when I went to return the 4th (nothing wrong with it, just didn't work for me) their return process was WOW. Easy and hassle free.
