Only upside is the price, which is crystal clear, with no surprises, unlike all the other providers. The rest, though, totally sucks. Internet coverage is poor and, at times, even phone conversation drops all of a sudden( with modern phone). This happens in several parts of Italy: many areas of Umbria, Valle d'Aosta, Emilia Romagna are terribly served, by personal experience. I have had it for about one year and made several complaints, but they seem to not care and service is getting worse and worse by the day. I will soon change provider, they are leaving me no choice.
