I initially tried to return the first product because the colour didn’t match, but I was advised not to send it back since I was ordering a replacement and told to keep the original. Months later, I discovered I had been charged for both products. When I queried this, I was told the charges were for both items—even though I had originally attempted to return the first one and was advised not to.
As a result, I had to contact my bank to block any further payments from them. I’ve now returned both products and am still waiting for a full refund. The customer service has been extremely disappointing, and I won’t be using this company again. A huge letdown.
