Not only did he guide me through the process, but he also offered an additional discount so I could order the right item.

I'm giving 4 stars because of my experience, not the products. I had to decline THREE separate pop-up ads for products before checking out today. THREE. I was very close to just abandoning the cart at that point.

I also really dislike the passive-aggressive tone of messages like, "no, thanks, I don't want 20% off," "no thanks, I'm not interested in massive deals," and the like. "Maybe later" is a much better choice.

If you have people who agree to receive email marketing, please, dear lord, scale it back. I do not want to hear from you daily or even weekly. Your products are an expensive luxury item for me and it's not like I buy makeup even every month. If nothing else, allow customers to set our preferences to something better than "yes" or "no."

Love the products, love the return policy, love the quality of the mystery gifts I've received so far. However, at some point, my irritation will likely end in deciding not to buy because I don't want to get spammed with "add this? or this? or this?", emails asking for a review of the product, emails asking for a review of the experience, emails saying "here are a bunch of great tips on the product you ordered" with basic instructions (like DUH) and a link to click for more.

One last thing; I would much rather log into the website directly rather than waiting for an email with a link.

Secondly , they will scam you any chance they get.
I purchased something early 2024 and then all of a sudden mid 2025 I was “signed up” by them for auto-renew ??!!
I did not approve that and they actually were charging an expired card and were shipping to an address that I don’t even live at anymore (since we moved home within that time frame).
Apparently they can charge expired cards!! And it will get link to your new card you own.
Which is actually crazy because no other company I have ever been with has ever been allowed to do that. They always call and say your card is expired and ask for the new card. I have also asked this company to delete my card ( because there is no option that they allow for me to do it on my account ) and the continually stated that they did but in reality they did not!! And will continue to charge your card! This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with!

Efforts to recoup the funds are ignored. Forced to cancel my credit card to avoid future withdrawal. I would never recommend transacting with a company that does business like them.
