They lied. They said it was a free trial. The money automatically came out of my account then when they refunded the money they said I could keep the product, now they won't send it. Bunch of BS!
Alex provided exceptional customer service. I initially ordered the product but was not happy with the results. He went out of his way to make sure everything was corrected quickly and smoothly. Not only did he guide me through the process, but he also offered an additional discount so I could order the right item.

The products are expensive, but fantastic. I will likely continue to splurge occasionally but not subscribe at this time because, well, have you seen the economy lately?
I'm giving 4 stars because of my experience, not the products. I had to decline THREE separate pop-up ads for products before checking out today. THREE. I was very close to just abandoning the cart at that point.
I also really dislike the passive-aggressive tone of messages like, "no, thanks, I don't want 20% off," "no thanks, I'm not interested in massive deals," and the like. "Maybe later" is a much better choice.
If you have people who agree to receive email marketing, please, dear lord, scale it back. I do not want to hear from you daily or even weekly. Your products are an expensive luxury item for me and it's not like I buy makeup even every month. If nothing else, allow customers to set our preferences to something better than "yes" or "no."
Love the products, love the return policy, love the quality of the mystery gifts I've received so far. However, at some point, my irritation will likely end in deciding not to buy because I don't want to get spammed with "add this? or this? or this?", emails asking for a review of the product, emails asking for a review of the experience, emails saying "here are a bunch of great tips on the product you ordered" with basic instructions (like DUH) and a link to click for more.
One last thing; I would much rather log into the website directly rather than waiting for an email with a link.

First off their make up isn’t anything great !! It’s comparable to e.l.f . So don’t even bother .
Secondly , they will scam you any chance they get.
I purchased something early 2024 and then all of a sudden mid 2025 I was “signed up” by them for auto-renew ??!!
I did not approve that and they actually were charging an expired card and were shipping to an address that I don’t even live at anymore (since we moved home within that time frame).
Apparently they can charge expired cards!! And it will get link to your new card you own.
Which is actually crazy because no other company I have ever been with has ever been allowed to do that. They always call and say your card is expired and ask for the new card. I have also asked this company to delete my card ( because there is no option that they allow for me to do it on my account ) and the continually stated that they did but in reality they did not!! And will continue to charge your card! This company is an absolute nightmare to deal with!
Recieved fantastic customer service within 1 hour. I actually just got my replacement product this morning AND I got a 50 coupon which I just used. Thank u very much for all your support
This company makes unauthorised credit card transactions and is very difficult to deal with. There is no confirmation emails issued about what it is you have been charged for. Efforts to recoup the funds are ignored. Forced to cancel my credit card to avoid future withdrawal. I would never recommend transacting with a company that does business like them. All the hallmarks of a scam
I love the makeup, however, there is too much emphasis on having a subscription. I nearly stopped the order for lack of seeing the one time purchase prompt. Please cut back on the subscription selling!
When i got the makeup I put it on and it was awesome but I have some places it didn't do so well so I emailed them and they told me what to get for the problem I have and they are so nice so I order it so I am waiting to get it but you have to get this. I received this as a gift. Part of the struggle was unsubscribing from the account. We moved and it’s been a minute working on this detail. The products are truly amazing, but I still have issues with it not matching my skin tone. I do appreciate your products, but maybe you could clearly state better about a one time purchase compared to a subscription.
