If I had the option, I would give this company zero stars. Like others, I ordered the 'try before you buy' for £4.95 shipping. They took that amount immediately and then charged an additional £81 for the order if I chose to keep it. When I reached out, they claimed it was a temporary authorization, but it still affected my finances. I was told the hold would be released within four days, but that didn't happen. After numerous emails explaining my situation, they finally agreed to refund me, but they claimed they didn't have my money. They stated the refund could take up to 10 days. Fortunately, I used a payment service that resolved this for me quickly and canceled an unauthorized subscription they had attached to my account. I still haven't received the refund for the initial shipping fee. Please do not order from them; their communications feel insincere.
