Please do not buy anything from this company!! You will regret it. I have been trying to contact customer service for weeks. Sent multiple emails, and never receive any response. I haven't been able to access my account in order to cancel my subscription. When I attempt to log in using my password, I'm redirected to a page that says I've been blocked by the page owner. When I try to log in by having a link sent to my email, nothing ever arrives. This is ridiculous.
I am exceedingly frustrated with the lack of response to my emails regarding a refund of £132.00. I have only received the trial products, and I cannot access my account because I haven't received a login link. This situation is unacceptable, especially from a company associated with technology. I insist on a refund as this feels like theft. I have reported this issue to the appropriate authorities.

They advertised a 30-day trial without purchase, yet they saved my card for automatic replenishment, sending products without my consent. Changing my payment details is not straightforward and requires multiple emails; it's not just a simple process through the account. They charged me before the 30 days were up, which was inconvenient, especially since my payday fell within that timeframe. The payment process is not as advertised, and I will return to my previous makeup provider. After a lengthy discussion with a representative, they made their system sound easy, but I can't easily remove my card details or delete my account. Now I'm anxious about potential future charges.

Although there was enough for the £4.95 postage, there wasn't enough for the temporary hold of £79 they tried to take. They attempted this transaction seven times, which felt suspicious. The next day, I received a call supposedly from my bank regarding a refund for that hold, but I knew it was a scam as they called me by my maiden name and used my delivery address instead of my home address. They attempted to get me to log in to their app to authorize a £2500 refund, which clearly would have resulted in me approving that payment. Be very cautious when entering card details online!
I would rate this company lower than one star if I could! As others have noted, this is a scam. I paid £4.95 for shipping on a 'free' sample, but they also took £64 from my payment account. I received no assistance in getting a refund, leading me to cancel my account. Thankfully, my bank resolved this issue for me. Please avoid this dreadful company; they are a disgrace! By the way, the sample I received was subpar!
The wrong color was sent, and while they offered an exchange, I was not informed that I would still have to pay even if the new color didn’t match. The second color was even worse! They then insisted I pay for the exchange. This was never mentioned in any email communication. Reading through other reviews, it's clear that this is a common issue. How is this allowed?

After numerous emails explaining my situation, they finally agreed to refund me, but they claimed they didn't have my money. They stated the refund could take up to 10 days. Fortunately, I used a payment service that resolved this for me quickly and canceled an unauthorized subscription they had attached to my account. I still haven't received the refund for the initial shipping fee. Please do not order from them; their communications feel insincere.
