I am quite unhappy. I ordered a tester to try before buying, but they kept suggesting additional products, which I declined at every step. However, I later discovered that the full amount for a full-size product had been charged to my account. This has left me financially strained. I can't find a way to contact them, and with my bank's customer service closed for the evening, I am feeling incredibly frustrated. I will update on how I fare after reaching out to them.
