I left something in the store and called to inquire about how to find it.
The operator asked me if I had seen the iLost page or filled out the form, but I couldn't find it because there was no lost item option anywhere in the website menu. When I asked how to access the page, she said I should be able to find it easily by searching for "lost items" from the homepage. I wish they would include the contact information in the menu.
I was told that lost items would be registered on a list and that I would have to wait until that was done, but in fact the store was equipped with a form where customers could submit lost items.
In the end, after I submitted my own request, the store registered it, and as there was a match, I was able to collect it, which was great, but I was left with the impression that the operator's explanation was insufficient.
