The night I realized I lost my phone, I felt so scared. I am here on vacation and is staying with my boyfriend. If anything happens I am very much dependent on it but I've watch a Filipina vlog about losing her phone and eventually finding it by looking at iLost and so that's what I did. When I lost it, it was Tuesday night and it was posted in iLost, Wednesday afternoon. I was so elated and impress of how honest, trustworthy and dependable people in Netherlands are. I am forever grateful.
Extremely professional , courteous and helpful staff . I have personal first hand experience of losing baggage at other international airports( outside india) and that was traumatic to say the least . India is way ahead in customer service , keep it up !! The team at Bangalore airport is amazing , the email exchanges have been prompt and very comforting.

It was a though experience and the stress, I lost my air ticket in the bus in Addis.
There the experience was quick and efficient.
Then I started the procedure to get my compter. It is said that is it in Bangalore.
I am still waiting to get it back.

I am writing to express my deepest gratitude for the incredible service provided by the i-Lost system and the team in Eindhoven.
Two weeks ago, we lost a backpack on the bus that contained items of immense sentimental value, gifts for my son, who is currently a student at TU/e. I was immediately impressed by how streamlined the system was; only two days after losing it, the backpack appeared in the online database. The feedback and confirmation process was remarkably quick and professional.
What truly moved me, however, was the kindness of the staff. I explained that I was leaving the Netherlands the following day and wouldn't be able to make the standard Tuesday/Thursday office hours. Despite being closed on Wednesdays, they went above and beyond by opening the office specifically for me to retrieve the bag before my departure.
They truly exceeded all my expectations. This level of dedication is an amazing service to visitors, residents, and citizens alike. Thank you for your empathy and efficiency, you are doing a wonderful job for the city of Eindhoven!
While searching for my lost item, I found iLost, and my item was listed there. I was very grateful, because the process was easy and fast. I soon received a confirmation email and, after 5 days, I recovered my item.
Grateful for finding what I l thought I lost it. But the place is a bit far from my place and don't have a plan to get it back sometime soon. It was great to tell the counterpart that I would like to come over again but not with the specific date with the calendar. It's hard to choose at this moment and I wonder if this is deleted before I make a visit again.

I left something in the store and called to inquire about how to find it.
The operator asked me if I had seen the iLost page or filled out the form, but I couldn't find it because there was no lost item option anywhere in the website menu. When I asked how to access the page, she said I should be able to find it easily by searching for "lost items" from the homepage. I wish they would include the contact information in the menu.
I was told that lost items would be registered on a list and that I would have to wait until that was done, but in fact the store was equipped with a form where customers could submit lost items.
In the end, after I submitted my own request, the store registered it, and as there was a match, I was able to collect it, which was great, but I was left with the impression that the operator's explanation was insufficient.
