Two weeks ago, we lost a backpack on the bus that contained items of immense sentimental value, gifts for my son, who is currently a student at TU/e. I was immediately impressed by how streamlined the system was; only two days after losing it, the backpack appeared in the online database. The feedback and confirmation process was remarkably quick and professional.
What truly moved me, however, was the kindness of the staff. I explained that I was leaving the Netherlands the following day and wouldn't be able to make the standard Tuesday/Thursday office hours. Despite being closed on Wednesdays, they went above and beyond by opening the office specifically for me to retrieve the bag before my departure.
