The product I received fails to operate as claimed. Although the financial commitment was minimal, my frustration is significant. I have made three sincere attempts to obtain a refund, but to no avail. It seems the items are drop shipped from overseas and then rebranded. The packaging suggests it was sent from a local address, but the shipping label indicates a private residence, not a business or warehouse. I have a suspicion that someone is buying from a wholesale site and reselling through online platforms.
