Ordered the sunrise clock from them. They stated 2-5 business days delivery, and it was a month before I heard anything from them. They then told me it was because they were "hand assembling" the item. They told me it would take 5 days to complete, so I asked them to cancel my order. They then told me they couldn't cancel it since it had already shipped. I received tracking multiple days later, only to see that it had not in fact shipped, and was still awaiting pickup. I demanded a refund, which they told me they would provide and I asked for confirmation. They told me they would provide it immediately, and didn't. My tracking number disappeared after that. This is unfathomably gross incompetence at best, and deliberate theft at worst. Worst purchasing experience of my life.
Like everyone else, this took almost two months to arrive after being told it’d arrive 3-5 days.
I coincidentally also spoke to ‘Olivia Sanders’ and ‘Kate’ multiple times trying to cancel the order or see where it was. They told me it’s made to order— which is why It’s taking so long (sure). I tried to find some information on the ‘founder of ILoveHue’ Olivia Sanders online, shocker, there’s no trace of her existence.
Anyways, two months later— I just got the sunrise alarm clocks. They look like crap, and are nearly impossible to set up. I’m a 24 year old who works in corporate America— I think I’d know how to set up an alarm clock, but I gave up after fifteen minutes of trying.
Not only that but the display and lighting is stark white, and the ‘soothing sounds’ sound AWFUL coming out of the cheap speaker. Also, it smells???
So we’ll see! I emailed ‘Olivia’ to get my refund. I know I’m gonna have to ship this box back at my own cost which is annoying in itself but that’s what I get for ordering from a sketchy website. We’ll see if I ever get my money back.
Lol. Don’t order from this place. It’s a scam.
The product I received fails to operate as claimed. Although the financial commitment was minimal, my frustration is significant. I have made three sincere attempts to obtain a refund, but to no avail. It seems the items are drop shipped from overseas and then rebranded. The packaging suggests it was sent from a local address, but the shipping label indicates a private residence, not a business or warehouse. I have a suspicion that someone is buying from a wholesale site and reselling through online platforms.
I should have done my research before buying and learned not to trust social media ads. What I received was a flimsy plastic item that doesn't resemble the advertised light, and it doesn't work at all. I've requested a refund, but given other reviews, I might have to dispute this with my credit card company.
I ordered a mushroom night light as a gift for my sister-in-law on 12/17, and the company promised delivery by 12/24. Instead, I received it on 12/30, and it was nothing like what was shown in the ads. The packaging was unappealing, and the quality felt like something worth a dollar, not the $17 I paid. I even found the exact item on a wholesale site for just $0.86. I'm regretting falling for this scam and hope others read these reviews before making the same mistake.
This feels like a knock-off scam operation. Shipping took around a month from overseas. The items look nothing like their online images. The website features professional photography that makes everything appear appealing, but the actual product is cheap and unattractive. I requested a return, but they refuse to accept it. Many reviews on their site seem to be fake, likely generated by AI.
The service, website, and return policy are deceptive. The lights are of very low quality. Although they advertise a 30-day return policy, when I asked to return my order, they claimed returns are not accepted for fulfilled orders.
Steer clear of this company and spend your money elsewhere. The mushroom lamp I received is made of cheap materials and is poorly constructed. It arrived damaged, and to get a replacement, I was informed I would need to cover the shipping costs to return it.
The item I ordered fails to function as described. Although the cost was minimal, my frustration is significant. I've made three attempts to request a refund without any success. It seems the products are drop-shipped from overseas and then rebranded. The shipping label suggests it came from a private residence, not a legitimate business. I suspect they are sourcing from a wholesale platform and reselling through social media.
I wish I had seen these reviews before placing my order. This product is not coming from a local source but is shipped from a distant location. It's made of cheap plastic, and while the specs mention molded materials, I mistakenly assumed 'luxury' meant it would be glass. Shipping takes weeks, and the product isn't worth the price paid. It's amusing that they respond to every negative review, though their responses are technically accurate. I won't be making that mistake again.

We spend so much time blasting blue light into our faces with our phones and TV’s. Studies have shown this can have negative effects on our bodies melatonin production and increase cortisol (our stress hormone).
It is important to us to make others aware the way light affects our mind and body. We also provide lighting solutions that can be conducive to a more relaxing environment, utilizing warm relaxing tones that do not trigger such a high cortisol response.
Our lighting is ideal for a relaxing evening in your sanctuary.See more
