I don't know where to begin. This company just sucks all around. My guess is a Chinese company with an American "store front" especially given the shady shipping link I was sent.I accidentally ordered 2 items, mostly because the "add to your order" after placing an order system is scummy, but I'll let that slide because user error or whatever you want to call it. The problem now is trying to contact customer support. None of the phone numbers listed across all their platforms work at all and it takes an act of God to get an email response. When you do get a response it's a buffer email saying something like "can you please specify again what you want to happen" which is just a nice way for them to buy time so they don't have to refund/modify your order. I finally got the email saying my cancellation request was forwarded to the team... What does that even mean?? Aren't you, the customer support, the aforementioned TEAM that should be handling it? Conveniently my products ship before they can cancel it, go figure. In conclusion, the only way for this company to improve is for it to dissolve, liquidate, and burn, so that a phoenix can rise from the ashes and manage it better than these people do.Side note: keep an eye on the other reviews here. Notice how when a bad review happens it gets flooded out by a ton of 5 stars all happy about wall sconces, no way that many people are happy about wall sconces they ordered 6 months ago.Update: They eventually refunded my order but I am still not pleased with the lack of transparency through the process. Nowhere is it mentioned this is a Chinese storefront and the customer support needs some serious work.
