My ordeal with Iluminating.com (lighting company) has been a horrible, very frustrating experience with no resolution in sight. I ordered two sets of battery powered LED sconces. One set was delivered, but the second one never showed up. I opened the box I received to see if the light was bright enough. The light it emitted was like that of a flashlight that was about to die, basically no light. When I emailed to start a return, I got a reply that said they were behind because of the holidays. This was the 3rd week of January…holidays are over. I have sent three requests for directions on how to start a return for the one set I received. No reply and no way to talk to anyone. The second set never showed up, but I have been charged for two sets. And they only allow returns within 30 days. How can you do a return within their 30 day window when they never tell you how or where to send the return??? This place is a TOTAL SCAM and should be out of business. I want to warn everyone that they should stay clear of this so called “company”. If I happen to hear from them, I will update this review, but chances are slim to none.
