For anyone interested in this product- Id recommend 1st to make sure you are prioritizing a whole foods, plant dominant, diet. There is no repplication for diet. THEN, I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone. Everyone is different, so start with a half dose with food to determine any GI impact. Then cater/adjust to your body.
I mix the longevity pack with my pre-workout and creatine on an empty stomach in the AM, and follow up with daily essentials with food during lunch- and it works well. 2 weeks in.
I did not anticipate the cognitive benefits that come with this.
