What can I say about this product, I have been an athlete for over 25 years and have tried everything on the market. I have never had something so consistent and so reliable and make me feel so amazing day to day! I actually look forward to waking up in the morning to drink my essential packet. (I'm a 45 year old female, athletic build, mother of two and train nearly every day).
I'm on my second round of auto ship and needed to contact customer service recently who responded immediately and professionally, and without a doubt the best customer service response I had ever had. I wish I was exaggerating but I am just blown away by this company, the product and the service!!
I’ve had a great experience with IM8. Their customer service has been prompt, responsive, and genuinely helpful whenever I’ve had questions. I also really appreciate how they pack such a wide range of vitamins and minerals into an easy, one-a-day powder that mixes seamlessly into my drink. It’s convenient, comprehensive, and simple to stick with daily. The way they have treated me is enough to keep me a repeat customer. I joined them when they first began and am still a customer to this day, with no plans of leaving.
So far I have nothing derogitory to say about IM8. I needed assistance & they responded promptly. I love the product. Excited to maybe try the new flavors in the near future. Wish I could get them for the same original price that I pay. IM8 is a brilliant product, no complaints!
Order arrived quickly and everything was as described from a contents perspective.
That said, the starter kit includes plastic bottles, while much of the marketing imagery features a metal shaker. Given the brand’s positioning around health and longevity, this created a different expectation on arrival.
Customer service confirmed the order was technically correct, but clearer representation of what’s included would help avoid confusion.
Overall, an average first experience.

Taking it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach isn't the easiest. I felt some slight stomach discomfort at first, so you might want to ease into it.
And, it doesn’t dissolve 100%. You’ll likely have a bit of powder left at the bottom, so keep a shaker bottle handy and give it a good rattle!
Despite the slight mixing issues and the stomach sensitivity at the start, the benefits are totally worth it. The boost in my mood and energy has been a game-changer for my productivity. Highly recommended if you need a "reset" for your energy!

The most life changing consumer product I've ever tried. All the right things, none of the filler.
For anyone interested in this product- Id recommend 1st to make sure you are prioritizing a whole foods, plant dominant, diet. There is no repplication for diet. THEN, I would absolutely recommend this product to anyone. Everyone is different, so start with a half dose with food to determine any GI impact. Then cater/adjust to your body.
I mix the longevity pack with my pre-workout and creatine on an empty stomach in the AM, and follow up with daily essentials with food during lunch- and it works well. 2 weeks in.
I did not anticipate the cognitive benefits that come with this.
Bonus- My wife is an NP specializing in functional medicine and she has provided her stamp of approval.
