Total nightmare since we had fibre installed a week ago. Wi-fi only works in certain rooms and landline cuts off after a few minutes. My parents had satellite broadband for years without any issues. They got several calls to change over to fibre. My question on each call was if the signal would reach all rooms in their home, each time I was assured it would. Circet came and installed the new system and proceeded to drill a hole in the front of the house without consulting my parents. They always had the broadband connected at the back of the house and it worked well. However since the installation was made at the front of the house the signal does not reach through house.Also my parents rely on their landline, which is not working properly since fibre was installed. I am their designated contact person with Imagine and have spent hours on the phone trying to have the matter resolved. The people I have spoken to are always very helpful, but they are unable to resolve the problems. I am waiting all week to hear back from and engineer or Circet. My parents are really upset and annoyed with the new system.I have asked for the new system to be taken away and my old system switched back on, but can get no satisfactory answer.
