This company has changed. I’ve been having a nightmare. They don’t send paperwork. I’ve never signed anything and they have taken money, refunded it and then charged me for something else. The ceo and management team have a lot to answer for - I have tried to purchase both fiber and 5g wireless and they can’t seem to figure it out - they gave me both and then took away one a few months later. I called them and the restored it but took away the other. Shocked how they can just take money from accounts surely not allowed.. will update once I have engaged comreg and had feedback and can proceed legally too now that I have legal representation.
This organization is truly the most ineffective I've ever dealt with. There is a complete lack of customer support and honesty. I highly recommend avoiding them; even other providers are easier to work with. I'm eagerly anticipating the end of my contract with them, as it will relieve a significant source of stress in my life!

However, I reached out to the service again and was thrilled they could provide 5G until the fiber optic issue is resolved. Exceptional upfront customer service during my initial contact. The representative guided me through the sign-up process, explaining all the relevant terms and conditions, and highlighted the excellent service that can be provided with their fiber optic offering. Overall, I was very pleased with the experience.
Connection issues are extremely frustrating. The customer service team keeps insisting that I have a connection, but I don’t—the TV doesn’t even work. I’ve faced constant issues with them and am always in contact. It’s really frustrating to be told it’s working when it’s not. I’m paying for fiber, and it’s not functioning.
I was finally connected today after taking three days off work and after several phone calls to reboot the system multiple times. I was told the issue was with the provider, so I will need to take another day off when they decide to come to my home. It shouldn't take four days off to resolve a modern issue—I'm sure this wouldn’t be tolerated if it were you.
