Avoid imagine broadband like you’d avoid the plague. Signed up with imagine broadband 1st of October. Lost signal after 3 days. In fairness first line in defence customer service tried their best with resources they have available to them. But it’s when they get bet and it’s moved up to the next level that’s where problem starts. I was told I’d get a call back on an evening at time suited me and still within their working hours. I finished up work early to be able take the call but lo and behold call never came. I’d had enough by this stage. I was within 14 day window cooling off period where i could cancel. I sent email saying service wasn’t up to scratch and i was pulling out. Never got an acknowledgment of email. Then on 17th November had a bill come for €90 and €90 taken from my bank account. AVOID IMAGINE BROADBAND LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!
