My local broadband infrastructure was changing in March and I had received calls and texts for a few weeks but I stupidly assumed they were likely sales calls and didn't engage, until yesterday morning, when my daughter rang me in a panic that the Broadband at home was down.
She was studying for important exams on Wednesday and couldn't prepare or sit exams without broadband.
I rang Imagine at 12:40 pm in a panic and I got talking to a very professional gentleman called Ben Earley, he explained that a new wireless broadband would be sent out in a few days time, easy to install and it would be faster speeds etc..
I then asked Ben if there was anything he could do for me as I explained the situation with my daughter's exams.. From there, Ben went over and above his role and he chased engineers and the logistics team for a solution.
He kept me informed of progress in the task by a couple of phone calls back during the day before he arranged for the new router to be hand delivered to my home at 4pm (the same day).
I'm really indebted to Ben & the team at Imagine for their help and decided to come on here and praise his efficiency and his 1st rate customer service..
