When I booked a Princesses cruise for 3rd to 17th May 2025 through this Image agent for a dancing event cruise, I was hesitate as I couldn’t find other person to share a cabin , the agent from Image told me pay for 2 people’s fee now then later I could change the 2nd name FREE . Then when I tried to change the 2nd name, they charged me additional fee £385 ! They lied Princess cruise company requested fee , but later I called the Princess, who confirmed Princess only charge maximum £100 for change the name. Finally I went to that cruise myself , Image agent made me paid for the double of the price plus £385, for a solo cabin. Never trust this company! As they hired the entire ceuise ship , and they made this ship too full. All time long queues to getting into Resturant; lounge or theatre! . We had to wait outside of the theatre for at least one hour otherwise no space, we couldn’t get in . This company ruined the whole cruise ship 3600 passengers life . My leg injuried on the ship as this ship just over crawled! Nobody enjoyed this cruise at all . The image cruising Ltd is dishonest ! Avoid ! Avoid ! Avoid !
