I waited all day for a pickup between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, but no one came. When I reached out to the freight service, they informed me there was no guarantee for collection on the scheduled date and that the driver couldn't locate my address. I relayed this information to the company and suggested they consider partnering with a more dependable firm, as this situation reflects poorly on them.
