I can't believe I waited so long to purchase this heater! While the fuel can be a bit pricey, it effectively warms up my conservatory. Everyone in my household loves it, and we might need to dial back our usage a bit. I'm excited to use it during the holiday season and impress my guests. I’ve heard that some of my friends have already decided to buy one after seeing it in action.
The first fire I ordered arrived very well packaged, so I was quite surprised to find that the top was bent. Although I was offered a £150 discount, I preferred a replacement fire that would meet my expectations. Additionally, I had issues with the freight company responsible for collecting the fire. I waited all day for a pickup between 8:00 am and 6:00 pm, but no one came. When I reached out to the freight service, they informed me there was no guarantee for collection on the scheduled date and that the driver couldn't locate my address. I relayed this information to the company and suggested they consider partnering with a more dependable firm, as this situation reflects poorly on them.
Delivered very quickly; the driver was friendly. Unboxing took about 5 minutes. Produces lovely heat and nice flames, creating a cozy atmosphere. I've been considering one of these for a year and am really glad I finally made the purchase. It heats my living room perfectly. Thanks!
We bought our stove around September and hadn't used it until now due to the colder weather. Unfortunately, the odor from the ethanol is overwhelming! We had to turn it off because the smell was so strong that it caused headaches. This is incredibly disappointing given the high price of the stove and fuel.
I ordered the bio fire around 1 PM on 17/12/25, and it arrived on 19/12/25 around 2 PM. It was well packaged and easy to set up (unboxing took longer). I used the fire immediately; the heat it produces is impressive for the room. Highly recommended. Just a note that fuel can be a bit pricey, so shop around. Other than that, great service, 10/10.
