I ordered and paid a high price for express shipping (5–7 business days) due to urgency. However, it's now been 8 business days with no items, shipping confirmation, or updates. Charging such high fees for undelivered service is unacceptable. The lack of communication in this time-sensitive situation is very frustrating. For now, I'm giving 2 stars. If the product quality is also poor, I will lower this rating further.
