Customer service is virtually non-existent. They ship from a location that incurs high customs costs, and returning items is expensive. I attempted to inquire about a return but received no response. The clothing feels cheap and the sizing is off. After their response to my review, I tried contacting them again about my return status but have waited a month with no answer. I will have to accept my loss and maintain my 1-star rating.
