After being prompted to write a review, I'm finally doing so. I ordered a Christmas gift but was notified it was out of stock. I chose to wait, but later received a refund without explanation. I contacted them and was told there was a processing issue, but the item would still be shipped. It took some time, but I eventually received it. Overall, a good experience.
