Review Time
Ordered the Christmas box with standard delivery and it came within the expected time frame, had a tracking number within 12 hours of order, no problems. After this was delivered and opened, I buy an October box while there’s still some left but this time with Royal Mail special delivery. Waited 2 days just for tracking number to then find out they told Royal Mail it was the standard (tracked48). Now I have to wait longer for an order which I paid extra to be here faster. Tried contacting through Instagram, telephone and form submit on website. No response and couldn’t even submit a form on the website.Edit: since posting the review I have had a response and the extra amount for delivery has been refunded. The product itself is great and I would definitely recommend. I can see customer service and delivery has been a problem for others as well so could definitely be improved but overall a good business.
Just got the xmas mega box, 199, promising 25 boosters, chance of vintage etc. lists possible packs and I got half of packs were Japanese, not mentioned in ad, not shown on picture. These boxes used to be good, this time not much more than a scam tbh...13 packs that I can get at around 6 per pack = 78 pound, 13 packs Japanese at around 3 pound per pack - 39 pound, total cost of box approx 117 pound....or 80 quid down....really disappointing that there is no description either visually or written, that lots of Japanese packs....I will just buy packs from stores now.Postscript: Following the reply below, thanks you, I will send my email....just want to say, 70% of my box was not English, more like 55%
I bought 2 boxes going by the reviews on imapoketrader page all the apparently good pulls i got total value of £50 from £200 of boxes won't buy again and I'm putting on here because every time I tried to put this review on there page wouldn't go on i guess only good reviews are aloud
I ordered the October mega box, I also had the Japanese box aswell and was disappointed. The description stated you would get a minimum of 20 different sets across 30 packs. I did not get this and nor did it get close. I got 11 different sets and was not happy. I did actually reach out both via the contact form on the website and also on instagram and didn’t get a single reply. I also still haven’t had any reply at all ref the box. This has left a sour taste in my mouth. I had bought previously and it was ace but the Japanese box was falsely advertised in my eyes and I probably won’t order ever again. So so poor that I’ve still not ever been contacted.
Box was stuck at customs for a month, due to Insufficient information on the package from the seller. Seller ended up refunding the package after it finally arrived, but is now threatening legal action if I don't pay for it again. The box itself was mostly light japanese packs and some lower end english packs. Edit:Sellers response is just pathetic way to try and save face. They are outright lying and I can prove it. Payment provider was Klarna and I have screenshots from their customer reps telling me that the seller refunded the order. All I did was tell them that the order is stuck (as it was). I did nothing but acted in good faith and followed the processes. Their own mistake and blaming the customer, how typical... Well, never gonna buy from them again and you shouldn't either.
Mystery box wasn’t up to much really I had 2 and the packs were just average scarlet violet era in the main plus Japanese boosters (I didn’t order the Japanese box for a reason!) some fillers of no value or real use and a small sticker. Probably better off spending the money on something guaranteed that you want. This being said the total value probably wasn’t more than £20 off.
This was a 195 dollar box and it promises 15 packs inside. Well 8 of the packs are Japanese and the English packs are crap. And of course the full art is worthless and the psa 10 is Japanese. Zero reason to buy another box ever again. On top of it taking 3 weeks to get to the house. If I wanted to spend 195 dollars I’ll just do it on stuff I actually want.
