My husband purchased a Mazda6 D Sport Nav from IM Car Supermarket on 22 April 2025. The car was sold with a 3-month warranty, but shortly after purchase, multiple faults appeared — including front suspension issues, battery charging problems, a non-functioning boot lock, faulty rear parking camera, malfunctioning dashboard speakers, and missing rear bumper caps.Despite reporting these faults promptly via phone and WhatsApp, the company has since ignored all communication. Calls go unanswered and messages are ignored.As the vehicle is not safe to drive, we proposed that repairs be carried out locally at a certified garage, but IM Car Supermarket has not responded. The car was purchased on finance, and the finance company has now been informed.We strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with this dealership. The lack of support and after-sales service has been unacceptable.
