AVOID !!!AVOID !!!! Don’t waste your time with these dealers after travelling 2 hours to view and test drive a vehicle we secured with a deposit ! We was told the vehicle could be collected 3 days later ! The finance application had been agreed and all documents sent to the dealer on the same day as the viewing ( 3 days prior to collection ) on the day before collection we rung to confirm collection was still to go ahead and that the funds had been sent by the finance company to be told over the phone less than 24 hours before we was due to collect that the vehicle had been sold when questioned how this was possible when a deposit had been paid to secure the vehicle and the finance had been agreed we was told that a cash buyer had come in after we viewed and that they take priority over a finance agreement ! This also affected our credit rating as the agreement had to be cancelled after a hard search ! The guy jay who we dealt with said he was out of office and that it was out of his hands and his boss had decided to go with a cash buyer as he didn’t want to go through finance !!!! Absolutely disgraceful service we are now left with a impacted credit score through no fault of ours everything was sent and secured the same day as the viewing and we was only told hours before we was due to collect as we rung them they had not even had the decency to contact us to tell us it had sold so we would have turned up on the day of collection after a 2 hour drive to be told it was sold !!!!! COMPLETE UNPROFFESSIONAL TIMEWASTERS ! SHOP ELSEWHERE !
