I purchased a car from this dealership, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. There are significant issues with the vehicle, and the staff has been unhelpful, rude, and dismissive. Once they received my payment, their aftersales support completely vanished. Despite numerous calls and messages, they ignored me. When I requested their complaints procedure, they refused to provide an email address for filing a complaint.I spoke with the manager initially, but follow-up attempts to contact him went unanswered. When I called again last Friday, I was supposed to speak to someone else, only to discover midway through the conversation that I was, in fact, speaking with the manager again.The car is unsafe to drive, and they insist I bring it to the dealership, despite my concerns about its roadworthiness. The AA confirmed that the wheel had not been properly tightened after new brakes were installed, nearly causing a serious accident. When I informed the dealership, they deflected blame, suggesting someone tampered with the wheel, rather than acknowledging their potential error.Even after the AA addressed the loose wheel, the car still has unresolved issues. When I reported the additional costs I incurred for inspection and repair, they initially asked me to email the receipt for reimbursement but later denied ever agreeing to the refund.Given the ongoing safety concerns and lack of accountability, my only option now is to return the vehicle. Their failure to take responsibility has been deeply frustrating and unacceptable.
