This review is detailed due to a lengthy process. I left two gaming consoles for repair after being asked to submit videos showing their issues (one had a significant error, the other had a graphical glitch). After providing the videos, I received a reasonable quote for both repairs and decided to drop them off despite the distance about three weeks ago. The repair took longer than anticipated due to parts sourcing difficulties. Upon picking them up recently and inspecting them at home, I was quite disappointed with their condition. They were returned with visible scuffs and marks, especially on one console. I take meticulous care of my gaming items, and they were in much better shape when I left them. While I appreciate the attempt to repair the consoles, neither issue was resolved, and the condition upon return was unacceptable. Some minor parts were missing or damaged, which affected their original state. I had specifically requested careful handling, as I keep my items in pristine condition. The staff member who helped me during pickup was attentive and even assisted my friend with her phone issue, which I appreciated. However, I cannot overlook the damage to my consoles during the repair process. I believe that items should be treated with care, and the condition they were returned in was simply inadequate. I've contacted the shop with pictures of the damage but have yet to receive a reply. I hope sharing this experience will guide others in considering their options before leaving valuable items for repair.
