If I could give this scam insurance a zero or negative rating I would. Left us stranded in Thailand. NO CALL BACK, NO EMAIL, NO COMPENSATION AFTER A LEGITIMATE CLAIM. It doesn’t matter what tier. We had premium travel insurance and were treated like garbage. Had to pay our own way home out of pocket because their policy is not to respond for at least 10 business days. Really helps when you’re on a vacation. NEVER use this company or if you do be prepared to hire a lawyer.
