I purchased medical insurance from IMG for my Switzerland trip and had to visit ER there for an emergency. Submitted a claim after my visit. It's been over 4 months and claim just sits in submitted status. Reported it to customer care multiple times and doesn't go anywhere. I don't see a point why they offer insurance services when they can't keep up with claims in any reasonable time frame.
