I was impressed with ImgUpscaler.com for upscaling images. Its user-friendly interface made uploading easy, and the processing was quick, delivering high-quality upscaled images with great detail. The tool supports various formats and offers both free and premium options. Customer support was responsive too. Overall, I highly recommend ImgUpscaler.com for anyone needing efficient image upscaling!
I emailed support immediately, the night that I signed up for the subscription after I realized that you don't get unlimited image upscales with a paid subscription, AND your credits can be wasted if you accidentally end the job.A week went by with no response, I decided to email again, this time threatening to call my credit card company to have the charge reversed. I got a "Thanks for the information. I will check and response asap." No reply, so I email again and someone asks me for my account info. That was the last email I ever got from them.DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS SITE! UpScayl is free, you should 100% look into that before ever giving a dime to this awful website.I regret ever stumbling upon imgupscaler.com - they're frauds who say they'll refund you within the first 7 days for whatever reason but that's a lie!! You can try, but they wont reply.
So... I first bought 20 credits which amounted to 20 image transformations that I was very happy about.About a week later, I bought another 100 credits at $50, and only used 9 at that time. Coming back to the site a few weeks later, I found that they had switched business model from 'credits' to a subscription model. In that process my credits had "expired". I still only had processed 9 images, but was not allowed to process any more without paying again. At more than $5 per image handled, I'm not impressed with their business model (at least from the customer perspective). The tools themselves were ok, but I'll have to go elsewhere to find someone with a more customer-friendly approach. At least one where you don't feel taken for a ride.
The website was good at first, but with each update, it got worse and worse. Upload an image to enlarge it and get an annoying pop-up window that alerts you that you have used all your credits. Crtl+F5 for a hard refresh to make the web client work. Upload an image again and wait for several minutes to get an error. If you upload an image again, another pop-up window will alert you that you were uploading images “too fast.” I don’t know which servers he is using for this website, but it’s getting worse and worse. The owner of it also limited the uploading. If you want to upload more, you must subscribe. Why should I subscribe to a server that never works as it should? People have been reporting issues to him multiple times in a row, but he refuses to fix the bugs and glitches from which this server is suffering. There are lots of negative comments about this on his YouTube video. Also, the developer has a frail ego. He will delete your comment if you criticize his botched website. Avoid it at all costs.
