I really wish I had checked the reviews before subscribing. This company has been awful. Although I received confirmation of my subscription, the magazine never arrived. I've made several calls and was promised callbacks from a manager, but nothing happened. My subscription was apparently canceled without a refund, and I was told it would take ten days to get my money back, but the call handler warned it might take longer. Very disappointing.
