Bucking the trend I guess. Ordered a single one off publication, order came within 48 hours, well packaged and perfect. Included was a Freepost returns label if I was not satisfied. All in all a great ONE OFF transaction. I doubt very much I would ever take out a subscription though, going by reviews. Direct Debits are a can of worms and I try to avoid if possible. I think they should bring in legislation to curb these "auto" renew scenarios. Make the Banks responsible so any problems you claim it back off them and not have to chase unscrupulous vendors with shady practises.UPDATE: I ordered a second copy and after a week it has not arrived so watch this space!!!
