I applied for a 30-day visa to Nepal, paying 80 USD. They sent me an approval and confirmation, but upon arrival in Nepal after 6 days, the customs officer informed me there was no visa in their system, and I had to pay an additional 50 USD at customs. When I requested a refund, they claimed it was only a pre-visa, not a paid visa, despite the 80 USD being charged. Shortly after, unauthorized payments appeared in the US using the card I used for this visa, which I believe is linked to this suspicious service. Proceed with caution; these individuals are deceitful!
