This service is a total scam. It's best to steer clear of it. You can complete the application process directly through the official government portal of the country you wish to enter, which is usually free of charge. Additionally, even though they are charging you unfairly, their application portal is quite subpar.

They sent me an approval and confirmation, but after 6 days, the customs officer informed me there was no visa in their database, and I had to pay an additional 50 USD at customs. I requested a refund, but they said it was just a pre-visa, not a paid visa, even though the 80 USD was deducted from my account. Soon after, unauthorized payments started appearing in the US using the card I used for this visa, which I suspect is linked to this dubious service. Be careful, these people are scammers!

This website is deceptive, and I believe this is intentional. They use SEO tactics to appear affiliated with the government. They do not provide proper receipts for transactions and do not disclose the fees upfront. I managed to get a refund, but only after multiple complaints. Their dishonest business practices are appalling.
