I like using IMO and I have had mostly good experiences, so I feel 4 stars is fair. The Ultra and Ceramic options can give a really nice finish, and at some locations the car comes out looking great.
The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is just that the experience is not always the same in every area. Some branches do a very good job, while others are only okay. Still, overall it is a convenient and good service.
