Through no fault of his own the operator at the car wash was on his own and therefore wasn’t able to do the pre-wash properly. The wheels on my car were still dirty something I didn’t expect after paying for a ‘wash’. All that was applied was a wheel wash via a spray and then jet washed off straight after, leaving the wheels very dirty. The car wash itself doesn’t really touch the wheels so the pre-wash is important. Ultimately I didn’t get what I paid for.
App was nice and easy to use, did seem like the guy who was scanning couldn't be bothered and was fed up. didn't really clean my wheels off very well as i still had tyre soap on it from when i got my tyre change, cleaned off easy enough with my hand afterwards. it was simple to use what i liked but i could go elsewhere next time and get better service
Very good service and friendly staff. Driving slowly on the site has already been accidents, because some people drove too fast there. The prices are moderate and the cleaning result is good. But it could be a little better. In general, however, recommended!
The 3 Foam Wash was amazing - it made my car look like I had just walked out of the showroom.
The issue was that this was the first time I used the app - it was meant to offer a discount and this was not showing. When I presented the QR code at the car wash, I was told bluntly that the machine would not accept it. I then had to spend five uncomfortable minutes figuring it out myself why the code wouldn’t work (I have a screen protector on my phone that sometime obscures scanning machines). Meanwhile I had an impatient assistant not offering suggestions and then was given gruff instructions by the staff as I drove into position. I guess one can’t expect 5 star customer service at a car wash - so will accept the fact the machine was fantastic, the car was gleaming and will ignore the attitude of the staff.
Extremely worst experience, 1st the vacuum isn’t working charged the payment and after that, when though after washing my car still looks the same as before, i don’t recommend to anyone please avoid them

Simple to purchase washes and when you arrive at the car wash the attendant scans a qr code on your phone to validate your wash.
Generally a good car wash for the price you pay
The jet wash that was used before entering the machine, chipped and took off chunks of paint on my bonnet. It now looks worse than before it was washed!
The workers didn’t speak a word of English.
I have been to two of the IMO car wash in UK many times, one is the Leicester one at Braunstone town and the other one in Bletchley Milton Keynes. The guys especially working in Leicester one, rushes your car so fast that nothing gets cleaned well at all. It has always been a waste of money buying the most expensive Ceramic XTR. Sometimes they don't even apply their foam at all and just quickly use pressure water on tyres and that's it. They also rush your car through the automatic machine, especially when there is a que behind. The other one in Milton Keynes, is a tiny bit better than Leicester one but still the service in both places have been extremely bad. I recommend everyone to avoid the Leicester one and just go to any hand car wash which will be much safer and much cheaper for your car paint as well.
Nice car wash...can prepay through app and benefit from some of the deals they have on now and again. Washes the car well...my only complaint is the machines don't dry the car properly...always left streaky and wet. However the guys working there are always friendly and polite, and do a great job valeting.
