One of the rudest, if not the rudest, member of staff at any company I've come across, seriously. We paid on the app, got to the front of the line, and showed the person the confirmation email. He said I needed to show a QR code, which makes sense and I have no problem with. However, we didn't know where that was in the app, so we simply asked him if he could show us. He replied "No", and stepped back. We asked him if he knew where to find it: "No". Then we asked "does anyone else know who works here?": "No, it is just me". It was honestly super weird. So we asked him what we were meant to do. He replied "go to the back of the line and look, please don't be rude". And then he kept repeating "don't be rude", but the thing is we only asked him where it was and if anyone could help us, we didn't ask anything more than that, and made no other comments. The whole interaction was only about 30 seconds, so it's not like we were even delaying other customers. Really, really odd guy. It's probably easy to read this and think we must have provoked him but honestly everything I said is how it went, my partner and I just looked at each other like "what is going on?". We did go to the back, and did find the QR code, but after that experience will not be returning. If the company reads this, this happened on the Saturday 4th April 2026, 2:30 pm.
