This has been an incredibly frustrating experience. After placing an order in January, two months later I reached my limit with this company. My first inquiry went unanswered, and on my second attempt, they offered vague apologies and promised to notify me when my boots were ready. Weeks passed with no word, and when I contacted them again, they cited product issues and offered a small refund. After seven months of waiting, I was finally told I could choose between a full refund or a gift card. I filled out their form in August, but nothing happened. I've now filled it out again and filed a claim through my payment service, hoping to at least get my money back after gathering all the evidence. Overall, this has been a terrible experience with zero communication and dreadful customer service. I would not recommend ordering from them.
