I placed an order last April and after months of waiting and trying to get in touch with the support team (who claimed they couldn’t reach their own production?), they acknowledged a major error, stating that all orders needed to be reordered or I could request a refund. Since the wait was so long, I opted for a refund. They requested my bank details, but after I provided them, I heard nothing more. They went completely silent, leaving me unable to place a new order or resolve the issue. The long wait has made it impossible to retrieve my money through the payment service, which I suspect they know, explaining their lack of response. It’s shocking that some professional athletes endorse this unreliable company.
Definitely worth the wait! The delivery took a bit longer, but that's understandable since the boot is custom-made to fit my foot specifications and design choice. I'm very pleased with my purchase and can't wait to see more people wearing them in the near future.

I've now filled it out again and filed a claim through my payment service, hoping to at least get my money back after gathering all the evidence. Overall, this has been a terrible experience with zero communication and dreadful customer service. I would not recommend ordering from them.

I ordered custom boots and clothing in January, expecting delivery in 8 weeks. It's now much longer, and I still haven't received my items. I've sent multiple emails and messages, but there's been no communication. I'm very disappointed, especially since my previous order was great. I'm now considering filing a complaint with my bank to get a refund.
