I'm saddened to write this negative review as I had high hopes for this company. After waiting 7 months, I finally received the boots, but I don't believe they were made according to my foot scan. My feet are half a size different, yet the insoles are identical. The fit is uncomfortable, both with and without socks. I've removed the foot insert and it doesn't match the shape of my feet at all. I wouldn't recommend this company or their so-called 'custom-made' boots. It's unfortunate because I had high expectations. The quality is also disappointing for the price.
