I've been using Impact.com for a while, and their customer support is extremely slow. It often takes days to get a reply, and even then, the responses are not very helpful.There are also too many bugs in the system that make it hard to manage affiliate campaigns properly. Scammer affiliates can easily bypass their assigned terms and change them to manipulated ones, and the platform does not prevent or fix this issue quickly.Impact.com could be a great platform if they improved their support speed, fixed these bugs, and took fraud prevention more seriously. But right now, it is a frustrating experience.
