Awful customer service and communication. Waste of time.I contacted Impact as I wanted to join the Revolut and N26 programs. I already already an account for the Skyscanner program, which I never used, so I could not create another one with the account under the same emailAfter starting communications with mentioning the previous, I was guided to open an account from their new hub MarketplaceTo my surprise, when created the account, N26 and Revolut programs were not there, when you can clearly find on their respective pages they are.After asking way these 2 companies were not there, no reason was given my security and privacy reasons.For all the previos actions, + 2 weeks of emails, sometimes taking more than 5 days to response, showing a very poor reading comprehension and making me explain things again.I am part of 10 affiliate programs with my online project but so far this is the worst one, and I have not even used it yet!
