I was forced to use this joke of a platform by a third-party company that uses Impact.com as a platform for their referral program. I participated in their referral program and earned a substantial amount of money, but despite my repeated requests, Impact have failed to pay me what I am owed, even tho the other company went ahead paid me the amount which is not blocked by Impact.comIn addition to not fulfilling their obligation to pay me, impact.com has also been actively avoiding my attempts to contact them and resolve this issue. This kind of behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable, and it has left me feeling frustrated and cheated.I strongly advise others to think twice before doing business with impact.com, as their track record in terms of fulfilling their financial obligations leaves much to be desired. Their lack of transparency and poor communication only add insult to injury.Avoid impact.com at all costs. To anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy company to do business with Impact is the complete opposite. Their failure to pay me what I am owed and proactively avoiding my support tickets is a clear indication of their disregard for their users' needs and satisfaction.
