The Name Says it All — Flawed Experience

This independent apparel brand has a lot of potential: practical design, quality materials, and a unique identity. Unfortunately, the brand name is quite fitting — Flawed. The sizing is extremely inconsistent. While I usually wear a true size, the pants from my order were overly large in the waist, legs, and length, while a T-shirt from the same order was very small. The discrepancies made it hard to decide whether to size down or change styles. When I contacted customer support for assistance, I received no response. Multiple emails went unanswered, leaving me without guidance on fit, sizing, or next steps. Additionally, the brand charges a $40 fee for processing refunds, even when items don't fit as expected. Instead of helping customers, they shift the responsibility for their sizing issues onto the buyer, with their limited refund policy. Delivery was also slower than anticipated, taking nine days from order placement to delivery. Combined with the inconsistent sizing and lack of support, the overall experience was disappointing and, indeed, flawed. Many similar brands cover return shipping for items that don't fit, but this one imposes a significant refund fee, the most burdensome I've encountered with any online retailer. Trying to exchange items in hopes of a better fit feels risky, and I won't be returning. The name truly says it all.
