This independent apparel brand initially seems attractive with its practical design, quality materials, and unique identity. However, the name 'Flawed' accurately reflects the experience. The sizing is extremely inconsistent. While I typically wear my true size, the pants I received were excessively large in the waist, legs, and length, whereas a T-shirt from the same order was very small. This made it unclear whether I should size down or try a different style. When I sought help from customer support, I received no response. My multiple emails went unanswered, leaving me without guidance on fit, sizing, or how to proceed. To make matters worse, the brand charges a $40 fee for processing refunds, even when items do not fit as intended. Instead of assisting customers, they shift the blame for sizing issues onto them, offering only a limited refund policy. Delivery was also slower than anticipated, taking nine days from order placement to delivery. Coupled with the sizing inconsistencies and lack of support, the overall experience was quite disappointing and, indeed, flawed. Many similar brands cover return shipping for items that don't fit, but this brand imposes a hefty refund fee, the most burdensome I've encountered with any online retailer. Trying to exchange items in hopes of a better fit feels risky, and I won't be returning. The name truly says it all.
