I paid more for a Sterling Silver Necklace, but what I received was gold-plated. When I complained, I was told that since the base metal is sterling silver, I got what I paid for. I need sterling silver due to my allergy to yellow gold. While I liked the candle's scent initially, the jewelry was not what I expected. The customer service was terrible; my request for a refund on the extra charge for sterling silver was denied. I won't be shopping with them again!
